This workshop is for HR practitioners and organisational leaders, internal and external consultants, grappling with implementing inclusive cultures. The workshop aims to develop shared perspectives and collaboration on inclusion culture change, and is targeted at higher power/privileged group members, working in relatively homogenous contexts (e.g. senior executive teams) and minority group employees striving for inclusion and affinity with majority colleagues and leaders.
