Introduction to mindfulness based strengths (MBSP) 17 November 2016 This workshop offers an introduction to the theory unpinning MBSP, an overview of its content and an experiential appreciation of its various ingredients. The day will cover subjects such as: mindfulness and autopilot, signature strengths, obstacles as opportunities, strengthening mindfulness in everyday life, valuing relationships, mindfulness of the golden mean, authenticity and goodness and engagement with life. The morning will cover the conceptual background of the programme, and the afternoon will involve reflective practice of MBSP exercises.
